1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Potvrx, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use and delete the app.

2. The service

Potvrx is an iPhone studio utility for pottery records: pieces, glaze cards, firing logs, photo timelines, voice notes, local kiln reminders, and optional coin-powered exports or slot expansions. Features may change with app updates.

3. Your content

You retain rights to photos, notes, and other materials you add. You are responsible for having permission to use that content. Potvrx stores it locally unless you share or export it.

4. Coins and purchases

Digital coin packs are sold via Apple In-App Purchase. Pricing is shown in the Potvrx Coins shop. Coins can be spent on piece slots, photo slots, and PDF exports. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under Apple’s purchase policies. Coin balance and purchased slot expansions survive Clear All Data.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the app to harass others or violate law
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt StoreKit / system services unlawfully
• Do not rely on Potvrx alone for kiln safety—always follow your kiln manufacturer guidance

6. Disclaimer

Potvrx timers and reminders are convenience tools, not safety systems. Kiln work involves extreme heat. Confirm ware and kiln are cool before unloading. The app is provided “as is” without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed, Potvrx and its publisher are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including lost studio data if the device is damaged or storage is cleared outside the app.

Technical support

Common fixes before you email us:

Camera unavailable

Use a physical iPhone for camera capture. Simulators cannot open the camera. Check Settings → Potvrx → Camera.

Reminders not firing

Turn on Me → Kiln reminders, allow notifications in iOS Settings, then start a kiln session or set a stage check so schedules refresh.

Not enough coins

Open Me → Buy Potvrx Coins. Spend items are listed under the packs. Restore purchases through Apple if a pack did not credit.

Export looks empty

Piece portfolio needs a title and at least one photo. Glaze export needs a name and swatch colors. Firing export uses the blocks and linked pieces on that log.

Clear All Data

Removes pottery records, photos, voice notes, and reminders. It does not reset coin balance or purchased piece/photo slot expansions.
